Alcohol

Alcohol is a hit with many teens because when they drink it they are usually at parties having fun not thinking about how it can effect themselves. Teens also think its the cool thing to do. Alcohol effects the brain causing difficulty walking, blurred vision, slowed reaction times, slurred speech, and impaired memory. It also effects organs especially the liver which can cause liver disease. Some long term problems that alcohol can cause is that it leads to addiction. It can also cause permanent damage to the brain and liver. People are driven to use drugs and alcohol because they see other people doing it and they want to try it themselves. After trying it they may eventualy get addicted to it. I do not think that alcohol should be banned because if you are a smart drinker and drink responsiblely you won't have any problems with alcohol. The people that do have alcohol problems are the ones that should get help. Thats why I think alcohol should not be banned.

Soy Products

I believe soy products are have their ups a downs. Soybeans contain important nutrients like protein, fiber, and fat(unsaturated). Some benefits about soybeans are that if you are a vegan, vegetarian or lactose intolerant, soy products are a good thing to eat. Some negatives about soy products is that it can increase the chance of breast cancer in women. It is called phytochemicals called isoflavones which are found in soybeans that work like estrogen. That is what increases the chances of breast cancer. I belief that soy is negative in ways that we use the products.

Remembering Me

What is most important to me is my family. I am really close with my family. I want to be remembered as a fun, caring, and loving individual. I want my family members to know that I care about them so much. When my whole family gets together I always have fun especially when its during a holiday. My legacy is to be remembered by people in a positive way and I also hope I have a positive effect on people.
